Separation agreement - cohabitation or marriage agreement - Ontario will

A separation agreement Kit or Template without legal advice does not bear any legal weight at the court. And is NOT worth the paper written on. FOR your protection you MUST receive legal advice for a Separation Agreement.

It can also include important issues relating to support, child support, custody and access to children and other.

Cost: $295 with one hour of legal advice.

Your agreement will list all your assets and property that you wish to exclude from division and upon separation. You WILL receive one hour of legal advice with Your cohabitation agreement.

Your Will is not a Kit or a fill-in the blank Template. It is provided to you with legal advice.

Any person without a will is called intestate, at which time your state is distributed by the government at a charge and not according to your wishes. Any number of mistakes can also void an ontario will which would leave you without a will or intestate.
